Daily access is KSh 500, a monthly subscription is KSh 4,800, and yearly access is KSh 46,080 — with two-week, quarterly and half-yearly options in between. Monthly subscribers also get a fitness assessment, a custom workout program and nutrition advice.
Lystra is open Monday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. Our wellness centre offers Swedish, deep-tissue and hot-stone massage, chiropractic stretch, reflexology and a steam room, at member and guest rates.
Yes — a one-time induction with a certified trainer is required before your first workout, so you train with safe, correct technique.
